Data that we collect with our service

With Vicar Analytics, we offer a tool for audience measurement that uses a privacy by design approach. The software does not store or transmits video recordings of people. We use cameras to record metadata, such as gender, age, viewing time and emotion, from people passing by. This metadata cannot be used to identify a person; therefore, no personal data is stored. The analysis is performed locally and live by using facial analysis technology. Metadata is stored locally and on Azure servers and is processed via secure connections.

Data that we collect from clients

From our clients that are interested in using our service we collect company, contact, and demographic information. We use this information for managing our service. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. If you wish to be taken out of our system, just send us an email.
